Our highly-trained team of registered nurses, spiritual care volunteers, nutritionists, therapeutic coordinators, recreational coordinators, and social services coordinators work closely with your own health practitioners to care for your overall physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
With round-the-clock care, overseen by licensed nurses, this dedicated team will partner with you, your family and your physicians to develop care designed to help you feel your best and maximize independence.

As part of our recent expansion, Charles Beals Plaza is now home to beautiful new enhanced care suites designed by experts from around the country to offer enhanced independence and privacy. These private studios and one-bedroom suites are designed first as a person’s home, even as they include innovative features like smart, color-balanced lighting throughout, accessible showers, kitchens, washer and dryer, large outdoor balconies in our community spaces, and so much more.
These homes are designed for people with a variety of abilities and clinical needs, with space to accommodate and store wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment.
