As a Life Plan community, our Independent Living neighborhoods at Friendsview are the heart of our campus. Residents choose Friendsview for a wide variety of reasons, but everyone here gets to enjoy living as part of a vibrant, engaged community of senior adults who get up excited every day to see what life has to offer.
Sutton Terrace at University Village

This beautiful new addition to our campus is located directly across the street from George Fox University. These 96 apartment homes is located in a 5-story building featuring the Cherry Street Bistro, underground parking, and a variety of expansive community spaces. Nine different floor plans are available ranging from 1,170 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq. ft., with large patios/decks, open-concept designs, and brand-new stainless steel appliances.
