Residents’ Council

A three-legged stool analogy may best define the role of Friendsview’s Residents’ Council, our Residents’ Association governing body. Together with the Friendsview Board of Directors and the Executive Director and staff, we balance and support our community. Our thirty-four resident-driven committees, funded by Residents’ Council, foster active involvement and provide a place of service. On the Residents’ Council, fourteen individuals are authorized to vote on behalf of residents, ten from area neighborhoods and the four elected officers. However, a total of twenty-five residents and two staff regularly attend meetings.
