Wellness that enhances life

Wellness is much more than just a slogan or program here at Friendsview. Working on and improving our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health is absolutely core to our mission and an important part of daily life here.

When we are healthy, we’re better positioned to live and learn and make a difference in the lives of those around us. Wellness allows us to better appreciate all that each day has to offer, from new experiences to spending time with close friends and family.

A creative approach to health

An important component to any effective wellness program is to have it be centered around the participant in a way that helps ensure results not just in the short term, but for a lifetime. That’s why we offer a community partnership with the Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center which provides an incredible array of classes and programming. We also ofter two fitness and recreation locations for independent use. In addition, we have an on-campus library to challenge the mind, lots of culinary options that support a healthy diet, and so much more.
