Bob Oleson

Bob Oleson spent his early years on the family farm east of Washington County and graduated from Lewis and Clark College in 1972. He worked as the public affairs director and lobbyist for the Oregon State Bar Association for 25 years. He was the first full-time caucus administrator for the state legislature and currently serves as a legislative and policy advocate for the Association of Northwest Steelheaders. Bob has enjoyed serving as a vice chair or as a leading member on several committees and councils including Community Partners for Affordable Housing, Advisory Committee on Dispute Resolution, Metro Service District Councilor, National Association of Bar Executives, National Wildlife Federation, Oregon PERS Retirees, Inc. and more. Bob and his wife Patti live with two cats who have agreed to share their home with them in Newberg, Oregon.
