Dwight Kimberly
As a lifelong Quaker, Dwight attended George Fox College (now George Fox University, GFU) from 1963-1967, where he met and married his wife, Patti. He attended graduate school in Zoology at Oregon State University. He served in Christian higher education at Warner Pacific College (now WPU) for 17 years as department chair of the Science Department. In 1994 he joined the Biology Department at GFU. He “retired” in 2011 as Professor Emeritus, Biology, but still teaches two courses. All five of his siblings graduated from GFU and his three children all attended/graduated from GFU. He is convinced that George Fox University and Friendsview are part of God’s work in the world.
