Susan Melendez Doak, LPC

Susan Melendez Doak, LPC holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies (2004) and a Master of Arts in Counseling (2006) from Evangel University (Formerly AGTS). She has worked as a mental health counselor for the last 17 years in a variety of settings and currently owns a private group practice in Newberg delivering counseling services to hundreds of individuals in Yamhill County and beyond. Susan grew up as the daughter of a US Army Chaplain and comes from a multi-racial and multi-cultural family. Her work occurs at the intersection of mental health care, faith, leadership, social justice, and the business world. Making her home in Newberg, Susan spends her free time walking her dog, gardening, and learning about roses.
